    just stay under 2600 kcal a day as a man, and around 2150 kcal as a woman and you will see results. eat what you want but, stay focused on the kcal. Count every fucking kcal. even one singel nutt, and results are 100% garanteed.

    Guys. Basically just eat meat and vegetables, like just get the meat and vegetables from the outside isles of the grocery store. Start eating like that and mix those foods into a fasting diet and a workout plan. You will drop 10 pounds like every 2 weeks it’s crazy
