    Excellent info here on what typical Americans eat for breakfast and lunch.  I have switched over to having Herbalife Formula 1 Shakes and  Formula 1 Express Meals Bars several times throughout the day.  Then I have a moderate meal for dinner with protein, carbs, and veggies included.  This simple plan has helped me tremendously to improve my weight and my health.
