    Something that has worked really well for me is just like you said Isabel eat a really big breakfast so whenever I go to work I just chug water for the next 7-8hrs and it's like that's all I need. I just eat something below average size for dinner after that and that's pretty much it. My diet is where I need to change things because I'm going to be honest with myself I eat a lot of crap, as a kid I really never liked to eat vegetables at all but now I'm open to them. Same with fruits although I am allergic to apples whenever I eat one I get a lip rash. But great vid and great tips Isabel 💯 Impulse and Dehydrated snacking is a huge thing for me and I noticed just really the more water I consumed the more less I craved snacks

    I've been following your videos for a while, and let me tell you girl. They're amazing. I feel like you talk to me face to face as a friend, which makes it more personal. After all the last few months with holidays and craziness, I've decided it was time for me to head back to gym and get my body back on track. While I am not vegan, I do eat healthy and and I am taking up the habit on going to the gym 5 times a week. It's only been a few days since I've went back again and I already feel a difference within my body. Mentally it's been so much better because I am more focused on what I need to do and I am full of energy physically too.

    While I have made so much progress with myself since last year since discovering LOA and self love, I am taking it to the next level and showing that I appreciate the beautiful body I have and the love it deserves. Thank you so much for the videos that you do. Keep up the good work.

    I've started watching your videos! I was thinking of going vegan but I know it will be super hard for me as I'm aboriginal and we always have ate meats and I know it would cost abit more $ to eat vegan. Not saying I don't eat healthy I try lol

    This was helpful! Love the app u recommended😊 I really needed this coz I stay home all the time! Eat healthy is good! Wish I can do the cleanse but I can’t take anything that has herbs or herbal coz of the medications I’m taking..what are the ingredients? I want to try it I’m always always bloated! Even when I lost 9lbs my stomach still looked bloated if u know what I’m saying lol🤣 anyway great video! Always love all the videos u post! Can’t wait for more!! 😊

    Isabel Can you do a video on letting go of the past or forgive those that hurt you. Some reason I can’t let the past go and I need to move on with my life but feels there’s no hope sometimes for my future. What are some tips you have?? Or do you already have a video on addressing this topic??
