    No shit Sherlock lol. Next you'll be telling people the sky is blue, wow really? A healthy diet is good for everyone, but there are "easy gainer" types of people and "hard gainer" types. I've seen hard gainers make very little progress with muscle gains while training for months even years eating healthy meats and fruits etc and spending obscene amounts of money on powders and supplements. From my experience I've found that body building is 99% genetics and 1% diet.
