    How to maintain youth:
    1. Eat nuts (especially walnuts)
    2. Apply eye cream (all over the face)
    3. Use serum, ginseng mask
    4. Protect your skin from UV rays (using daily sun lotion with UVA+UVB or SPF 40 / PA++)
    5. Wear dark color cloth (especially dark blue or dark brown)
    6. Exercise in the morning daily
    7. Before bed, thickly apply night cream as a sleeping pack (2-10pm is when our skin regenerate)
    8. Sleep enough( at least 6 hours)
    9. Stay positive
