    I've been doing it for a couple of months and just now have I discovered this fact that it needs to be done slowly. honestly I'm not happy with it because now it will take even more time x) but I wanna do it the right way

    I heard about and read about this system, way back in the mid 1980's. with respect to the Colonel, Colonel i think Blandford. I have on and off been practicing as well. But I have tried to find out if there are people whom really have had great results over the last 40 year?

    Wonderful Ellen. Yes my feeling as I perform the Rites is to go slowly and feel the spine moving. In Rite 3 yours is the way I do it with the head all the way to the floor, crown touching the earth. It is very meditative this way. I appreciate the peaceful way you go about it. Peace, Disa

    I came across the 5 Tibetans some years ago and found a lot of emotion was brought up, anger in particular so I stopped. I have started and stopped a number of time and eventually forgot about them. I was inspired to look them up again, and came across your work and suggestions for slowing down and also the differentiation in a couple of the Rites that I didn't know before. Perhaps as I was not doing them slowly, I didn't really find/experience the benefit. I am excited to begin anew! When is your book coming out that shares the correct breathing?
