I am usually overwhelmed and left feeling guilty about myself/life after watching these types of videos, but this actually made me feel so encouraged and inspired to start getting back on track!     These tips are so helpful!! You are so right about treating workouts like appointments and scheduling them. I also tend to be "all or nothing" so if I can't do a "full" workout I don't even bother doing any activity, but I'm trying to change this. Your fitness and diet discipline is so inspiring!     These are so helpful especially because I've gained 4 kilos since my mom moved in with her boyfriend whoops. My mom was always the same way lmao. Oh my god you look just like me while brushing your teeth because i have the same toothbrush and i do sqauts too 😂😂😂 I think i'm going to attempt my first cleanse now because that sounds like an awesome idea to get back on track.

    Absolutely loved this Dimitra! Awe your mum is awesome for setting up such a good example of herself! I definitely need to schedule my workouts in from now on, I procrastinate so much when it comes to workouts, having a real schedule might motivate me a lot more! We definitely have the same principle when it comes to drinking water and eating healthy! I hate anything that shocks my system or too restrictive to be sustainable for the rest of my life. As a die hard foodie, the 'either or' principle is definitely that makes the most sense 🙂 So excited for the branching out of your channel! Can't wait to see more of these video!
