    I am getting back in shape for going back to dance because I did it for awhile than gave up, but I would like to go back to it.Therefore I must be in shape. What I suggest is picking two workouts (this being one) and then choose a stretch in-between. here is mine:

    100 jumping jacks
    50 squats
    20 burpees

    You don't even have to do this every day, just when you have the chance, makes your new years reslolutions easier.

    Alright, I’m gonna try this for a week or two and I’ll update y’all each day. (Gonna be eating healthy drinking a lot of water, and going for runs as well)

    Day 1: Wasn’t too bad, a little sore but it’s bearable.
    Day 2: My stomach feels tighter after the workout but no visible results yet
