I'm just not a believer! Now a days it seems like it's a sin to feel hungry, you have to keep eating don't feel hungry the world says!! Have 6 meals a day don't feel hungry!! This is what's making us all fat!!! reply to comment → Angela Constable December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am What about dairy? reply to comment → BenjaminGessel December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am You don't need complex carbs. Better to substitute fruit for grains, for the most part, with just a few starches like organic potatoes or organic corn… Apples, oranges and bananas, along with grapes and berries are always high priorities for me… Chicken breast isn't as tasty as chicken thighs… Organic skinless chicken and turkey thighs, organic eggs, wild-caught salmon, cod, mackerel, mahi mahi, etc., always good stuff… Veggies are a given. 🙂 Thumbs up for spices as well. I use a lot of basil, thyme, rosemary, sage, marjoram, savory, paprika, yellow curry powder, turmeric, fenugreek, chicken adobo seasoning, and garlic powder… With the "good stuff", I'm a big fan of dark chocolate and black licorice, along with cookie dough ice cream, well-marbled flank, skirt, tri tip, chuck, or sirloin beef steaks, uncured bacon, corned beef and cabbage, chocolate almond milk, lightly salted peanuts in the shell, walnuts in the shell, hot cocoa with calcium/vitamin D and some decent, good 'ol fashioned root beer… And other stuff… 🙂 No cheese, etc., though… reply to comment → Pei K December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am Yup, so true. I eat balanced meal, exercise only 10%-mostly walking. Occasionally indulge…very occasionally heh. 🙂 As much as I enjoy salmon and tuna, I stay way away from seafood due to the pollutants and plastics in the fish :(. My proteins include eggs and nuts, sometimes meat. reply to comment → Mario Grigoriu December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am very good video 😉 reply to comment → Putumani Khanam December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am Hi R u Indian reply to comment → Kasra Kassai December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am However its better to consume fresh rather than freeze! Thank you for the info it help me a lot. reply to comment → Nogah Bannett December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am Now im craving apples. Idk why reply to comment → Stephanie Gundies December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am The 1st time i saw one of your videos, i wasnt interested. Your speaking isnt the most entertaining, so i clicked away about 2 minutes in…. But a few days later (today), i ended up back at another of your videos. I watched it fully. And another of your videos. And ive subscribed now. And im gonna watch more of your vids right now. Let me say- your content is great. It is better than most YouTubers, and it's nice not to have too much "entertainment" clogging up the useful info. Your channel is a gem for actual content. Thank you for your tone in your videos, and for not cluttering your videos with a huge amount of humor/anecdotes/random unrelated wasted time. I actually really prefer this tone in general– the 1st time when i passed on your video, i just wanted entertainment over content that day– but youtube has WAY too much of that already. It needs more people like you- focused on content, concisely presented. Your presentation style is so refreshing. reply to comment → IKEHH December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am I live how she didn't add any dairy products😂😂 reply to comment → Retchel Mae Alforque December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am Thank you Joanna! reply to comment → APISTHA SUBPRAERT December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am Love it !! reply to comment → Harita Nair December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am Hi, What are the protein sources for vegetarians? reply to comment → Juliet Veigas December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am I love you Joanna.very clean and clear explanation.God bless U r very beautiful and intelligent. reply to comment → Nikolai Lugo December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am Planning your meals is so important for me! I love to cook all of my meals and if I go to the store and just buy random things, I might forget a produce item that I really need or I'll buy something that I have no recipes to eat it with. Another tip is to go through your kitchen BEFORE making a meal plan and see what you already have so that it doesn't go to waste and you don't end up buying something again. reply to comment → Arslan Charyyev December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am Very helpful video, thank you! reply to comment → Dominic Kolberg December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am thank you Vers Vers much! reply to comment → Rolland Rules December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am how do you do it when you have family? reply to comment → Eddie Schneider December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am Talk like you're talking to your friend in the room, not like an announcer on a commercial. Tone it down (get rid of the high pitches at the ends of your sentences.) Other than that, you are great! reply to comment → Rose December 28, 2018 at 2:46 am Love your videos.
