    i use to use regular shampoo and my hair would always be dry at the bottom, despite that I wouldn't use heat or styling products on it but my hair would just keep getting dead ends. I finally buzzed off my hair, and then used baby shampoo or dry shampoo and now my hair has never been healthier.

    Lots of sleep is key! I'm 50 years old and been told that I look much younger. I have no wrinkles! I really don't. Must be my DNA. MY MOM AND GRANDMA ARE MUCH OLDER AND WITH LITTLE WRINKLES. Beautiful skins too. I ALSO EAT LOTS OF PAPAYA FRUIT. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING PHYSICALLY do to failed-damaged surgery, but still I'm slightly overweight. Eating small portions of food is key! Drinking lots of water is also key! I try not to eat dairies or sugars. My sugars are eating natural and only fruits.
