Would love to hear any suggestions or tips on improving the skin on the body.  I'm in my mid-forties and have lost 30 lbs of weight over the last year, through healthy eating (mainly cutting out sugar) and intermittent fasting (16:8), and I'm now well within the healthy weight range for my height.  I consume lots of fruits and veggies, chia seeds and linseeds, nuts and nut butters, and take omega 3 and sea buckthorn supplements.  I'm noticing a change in the elasticity of my skin on the body, not sure if this is due to the weight loss or age or a combination of the two.  I don't drink alcohol or smoke or expose my skin to the sun without SPF.  Things I'm not so good at are drinking enough water and applying body lotion regularly enough, so I need to work on those!  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Why would I want to remove facial hair in the first place? 🙂 I admit I'm not into too much about beauty products but I am just curious. I can understand the leg hair removal but this one seems to be unnecessary especially if the facial hair is the same color as your skin?

HI Sophie, I loved this video. I also appreciate the honesty because single women are on very tight budgets! would you care to talk about peri-menopause? What's happening in our bodies (all the symptoms), things like seed rotation & balancing estrogen and progesterone??

Oh this is amazing thank you for reviewing the derma flash! I was debating to buying it, not for peach fuzz, that doesn’t even bother me, but more for dead skin. You don’t find it rough on the skin? How many x a month do you do this? Is it somewhat beneficial if you do it once a month rather than 3x a week, 3x a week seems like too much for your skin. I heard the blade broke after one use is that true? Also what about animal testing? Do you use their cream products that comes with the device? On their website it doesn’t give too much info and my biggest concern the most if they test on animals. Thank you sorry for all the questions I wanted honest answers so I’m so glad you showed this. ✌🏼🌱
P.S. ahhh and thanks for the 10% I was looking for a coupon for derma flash 🤗!
