    Great workout! I didn't burn quite as many calories as you guys (246) but I'll get there! I just turned 58 and am carrying a few extra pounds, but I managed to get through it. Thanks for all the fantastic workouts and motivation!

    Finally tried this workout… 19 weeks pregnant and I killed this workout. I didn’t do any jumps but burned 230 calories!!! So excited to continue working out while pregnant!! Now I know I can push myself a bit harder.

    Love see this Anna and her baby bump. Just a word of caution to any pregnant mommas. Be careful with all those plank like exercises. I worked out my entire pregnancy and was doing tjese type of exercises and developed diastasis recti. I know everybody's different just a word of caution
