I swear by all that he said because I too have seen the results and difference by following this advice. Even before watching this here today, I knew my diet was shit and I made drastic changes with it even before joining the gym. That was the first thing and it helped me feel good about the next step, which was putting the work in at the gym. I've lost over 30 lbs and over 10% body fat in just over 3 months and I'm feeling quite motivated to continue this as a true lifestyle change. At 50 years old, I knew my health needed a makeover and all of what Jeff has stated here has definitely worked for me. I always appreciate Jeff's straight up honesty and knowledge! I have read that your body doesnt necessarily use the fat storages until the muscles and the liver run out of glycogen. Is this as polar as this or will fat loss occur even if your glycogen doesnt run out.
