More fiber, primarily starch based foods, with some vegetables and fruits on the side. This is the traditional Indian diet. Do not believe what food companies SELL you. Parathas (ie. wheat flour) are ok, but the oil/butter/ghee in them is not ok. You have lost weight because you have substituted oats for oil for your breakfast meal. But now you must cook the oats for digestion. Remove butter and sugar and dairy. Limit honey. Walk daily at least 4 miles. Now adjust your diet.
