    i would love to see how you work in your planner and how you stay motivated im really trying so hard to bounce back and eat heathy again for a awhile i was eating sugar free and mostly gluten free i felt great and i didnt even work out but still lost about 20 pounds. now being back in school its much harder because i drive an hour to get to school and church which means im up and out the door with cereal or waffles in my mouth and a sandwich and chips for lunch. HELP ME PLEASE i need inspiration and you always inspire me to work harder. love you so much cambria.
