    Hi Lisa. I had my daughter 11 months ago. I lost the 34 lbs I gained but I'm still struggling with this deflated looking stomach. I don't expect it to ever look the same as prebaby, especially because I have a short torso and my belly had nowhere to expand but out. I was hoping you could give tips on what you did after having your kids.

    You make really thorough, informative and helpful videos. I am 60 yrs old and have lost about 25 lbs. I went off rail for a month and gained some back. I have been back on track for a few weeks now and am using as many helpful tools as possible. I am using The My Fitness Pal as well as Fitbit. Your words are really helpful. My biggest problem was using the "I will start this way of eating on Monday". You are so right, it only sets you back. So, thanks so much for your beauty videos and as many other videos that you share with us.

    I love this video! Can't wait to see more health and fitness stuff. A food diary has always been a big help to me. A few months ago I started using an app and now I can just scan labels or search items and it does it all for me. So fun! And group fitness is my thing too! Zumba gives me life!

    You should do a video on maximizing the time you do have to exercise! I'm looking for ideas. For example, as I walk around the house, I sometimes do walking lunges. Will it instantly make me look awesome? No. BUT it's better than nothing at all! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Nothing worked as good as removing sugar from my life. OMG about 12 years ago I started my kick sugar journey and I lost over 50 pounds and kept it off without a gym membership. I am proof that sugar elimination and increased water intake works. Close to a gallon most days.
