    I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again.. I really like your fit Friday’s series..it’s such a nice original idea and inspiring to see you get back into fitness and health bc I myself and trying to get back Into it as well. Healthy meals recipes are ALWAYS helpful to me and I like seeing the different kinds of spices and food products you have in your country. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 love it

    So good to see your fit fridays videos🙌🏻. Since you are into low carbs. Have you ever tried a dish called Haleem? It is Mughlai dish with fragrant meat n pulses slowly cooked in 5 diff types pulses n cereals. Go to any indian or pakistani grocery store n buy pakistani Shan haleem mix (buy the one that has whole pulses in it) n follow the instructions. I usually add less masala from the packet coz of so much spices😩 but omg😩its yummilicious n that’s my cuisine. I also use beef stock instead of water for the gelatinous flavour & i use the meat with bones(goat curry pieces or lamb curry). I make it in winter n it tastes amazing the next day too

    I love your videos! btw, search for some food delivery service from local farms! it is usually without plastic, they have also eggs from small farms and you get to support you local farmers! its pretty cheap in my country and the level of quality is crazy when you compare it even to Lidl! definetly recommed
