    Ok, so still not vegan. Approaching the keto though (except no pork or red meat). I have these eggs leftover..those extra healthy $7 a dozen, no chemicals added, humanely treated eggs. I made HALF of my banana bread recipe, cuz I only have muffin tins with six muffins. I replaced the white flour in my banana bread recipe with the chickpea/almond flour. And made some canna butter (weee!). But NO sugar, once packet of Truvia with 2 bananas..and 1/2 an individual cup of applesauce. Flax seeds, hemp hearts…yes. Handful of blueberries, tap tap of cinammon, and GINGER powder. Handful of blueberries, walnuts on top. P.S. keep your nuts in the fridge, they last a lonnnggg time that way. OMG these came out soft, fluffy and fabulous.
