    Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through
    weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tried
    every weight-loss method that was available, however in the end not one
    of them helped me to shed and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for

    Thanks Joanna for this indian option of foods and you are right restaurant foods are not the real image of Indian foods all over the world. We have lots of varieties cooked in homes of different jones in our country and they are healthy and delicious. And it is really nice to see that you are cooking at the same time innovating some of them. Your idli innovation is awesome.I have a suggestion for the mango daal please try raw green mango instead the ripe one and use moong lentils than any other one for this preparation also don't use onions in it. Try some whole mustered seeds to splutter in some little oil and then add these green mango,lentils and rest of all one by one.
