    You cook a lot with nuts and nut butters, which turns the oils rancid and causes free radicals in the body. Not to mention that most nuts and nut butters are pasterized and already rancid to begin with. Just wondering your thoughts on the topic. I've tried limiting my consumption bc of that and that it causes discomfort, but it is hard, I love almond butter, have you experienced any noticable discomfort from it ?
