    About 5 months ago I had to hate my body so I went on diet but not a normal one . I ate about 1500 – 1650 Kcal a day and I had a cheat day once a week . On the diet days you can eat whatever you want but it has to be healthy even if it's a chocolate or something like that. My diet lasts a month and before it I was 60kg now I'm 51kg . The most important thing is to exercise 5 times a week and to have a cheat day once a week

    I'm not very good at baking but i've just tried this recipe tonight and i can honestly say – THEY'RE AMAZING!! My husband never eats anything i make, but he ate one there. Really good recipe and easy to follow too. The frosting is delicious!! I'll definitely make these again, thanks!
