    You must be using half pint jars. I made this Saturday thinking I would have breakfast for most of the week. I use pint jars and I increased everything to four of oats and four cups of applesauce etcetera. It made three pints which still means I don't have to worry about breakfast for Sunday Monday and Tuesday. But if I were going to make this for most of the week it would take a lot more than you are recipe to use pint jars. By the way it tastes absolutely delicious. I had cinnamon applesauce which I think makes it even tastier. And I added 1 tbsp of pure dark Amber maple syrup to the entire mix. I added the water into the oats in the applesauce and spices in the Big Bowl it was much easier to do this way and then scoop them into the jars.
