    I am eating this dish as I'm typing this and I don't know what I did wrong. The meal tastes very nice, but the vegetables are overcooked, onions turned almost black. And I even used lower oven temperature than you – about 170°C. I can see that your vegetables at the end of the video look fresh, not a single wrinkle on the cherry tomatoes. What oven mode did you use?
