Hi Dy Ann, I just watched the video this morning and I believe this is one of the best from you. You are so smart. I never thought of putting the reward in the list with the goal. It makes getting there that much more appealing. When I do that, I am actually getting two results: the goal achieved and then the reward. And, yes we have to be specific about our goals. Just writing something generic doesn't cut it. Thanks so much.

I've been fasting for 7 nights. I haven't lost one pound! The times changed a little till I found what 16 hour frame would work with me. But I always fasted at least 16 hours. Some days 18 hours. For instance yesterday I ate after fasting… komboocha, sauerkraut, fermented olives. A peach smoothie with greens, pea soup with carrots and potatoes and quinoa. At 7 p m I had two apples with peanut butter. I had an hour left till my fast after my apples. I'm 5'3 and weigh 130 after weighing 120/125 for 8ish years. My belly is big and i can't loose it! So frustrating. I'm 55 and went through menopause 13? years ago. I guess I went through menopause. I stopped having a cycle over night. Drs. We're not concerned. I kinda of counted my calories as I'm not a calorie counter but I think I'm getting around 1500 calories. Why am I not looking weight? I do not eat processed food and eat only real food. I exercise at home and see no benefit. Can anyone help me with advice? Thank you.

Thank you for making these available Dy Ann. I am a newbie to this concept and trying to stick to it as much as I can. For me, not having food around me at night is key.. Today I need to do some organising.. The frustration of falling off the wagon is horrble.
