Your videos are always so instructive and useful to take part in everyday life 🙂 I have sometimes have herpes ulcers around my mouth and nose. It's so uncomfortable 🙁 What are your thoughts about herpes and do you have any advice on how to prevent and relieve ??

Please do a video on manganese!! Vegans generally have way too much in their diet (My kronometer is definitely showing this) and I'm freaking out about all the terrible dieses you can get from this (als, Parkinson's, neurological disorders). It's a common issue that I don't think many people know about, and I'm terrible at discerning studies so you should make an in-depth video!!:(
