No more cravings, lost 8 lbs in 5-6 weeks, fairly effortlessly. For me I have been yo-yoing since menopause, so to effortlessly loose weight AND not have cravings is a super big deal…like I was the cravings/sigar/carb queen. I’ve lost what I needed to…even though others would say that wasn’t necessary but I feel so much better, the fat doesn’t hang over my waist anymore. Now I have to give up counting calories/macros/weighing food and stepping on the scale. I’m nervous because it has been my crutch. reply to comment → Amy S. I just cringe because they throw in very high carbohydrates and consume at ton of food. I guess that must be the benefit of being young again.
