    Thanks Dy Ann. I'm just so happy with how my relationship with food has changed. No more cravings, lost 8 lbs in 5-6 weeks, fairly effortlessly. For me I have been yo-yoing since menopause, so to effortlessly loose weight AND not have cravings is a super big deal…like I was the cravings/sigar/carb queen. Not anymore!

    Just finished the April class, now I have to really concentrate on the things you said in this particular video. I’ve lost what I needed to…even though others would say that wasn’t necessary but I feel so much better, the fat doesn’t hang over my waist anymore. Now I have to give up counting calories/macros/weighing food and stepping on the scale. I’m nervous because it has been my crutch.

    Watching some other utubers, mostly young girls, they show what they eat in a day on IF. I just cringe because they throw in very high carbohydrates and consume at ton of food. I guess that must be the benefit of being young again. I’m at 10 weeks today, down 15 pounds..your method is so perfect for my age I’m right behind you will be 52 in December.
