I started at 190 lbs at 17 years old and was able to cut down to 167lbs in about 4 months. My only question is after losing all this weight do I increase my food intake (good nutritionally dense food) to build more muscle or just keep my "diet" the same with high protein to stay in positive nitrogen balance? I just feel like I'm not putting on as much muscle as I can but I have definitely seen good changes in my muscularity. I do mostly full body splits but also include some isolation work as needed. If anyone can help that would be great.
