    Best diet I ever did was eat ONLY apples, oranges and Strawberrys (as much as you want) up until lunchtime, NO OTHER FRUITS or anything mixed in especially melon or bananas! They take 4 hrs to digest and must avoid them, for lunch eat chicken salad (or any healthy low fat meal) same for dinner. Repeat every day. It's all to do with the colon and less fats. Weight comes off fast and stays off. 😊❀️

    Thank you so much for quick response!! I have been taking vitamin b. glad Im doing the right thing. I'll keep it up. i still feel so tired all of the time unless I have wine. I don't ever leave the house . I'll send my husband to get groceries or give my mom my card to shop for me. I never use to feel this bad. it's my weight and anxiety
