Hi Jill, this looks wonderful! My grandkids and I are going to make this today. I have 3 questions. Is the coconut milk the canned kind? Does it have to be soy milk (I'm allergic to soy)? And do thou think it would work in a mixer? I have a vitamix, but don't like having to scrape batter out of the blades.

I made your cheesecake last week which I loved. Base was lose so might try more dates next time. So today I made these brownies. OMG, they are so good. Whoโ€™d have thought sweet potatoes would make brownies so good and healthy. I didnโ€™t have tapioca flour so just used plain gluten free white flour. Worked for me! Next time I might mix it up and add some crushed almonds to them. And maybe even some chocolate sauce on top ๐Ÿ˜. Looking forward to trying more of your recipes (and I donโ€™t normally bake). Keep up the good work ๐Ÿ‘

I love how real and unedited this was, 'whoops, forgot soy milk,' later 'Who cares about presenting a nice slice on a plate, I'll just eat a bit with a fork'. I'm subscribing! Thanks for tips in the comments to blend wet ingredients then add dry, I'll do that!

Thank you so much. I made them several times and they were delicious. The dates and sweet potato gave it just enough sweetness for me but for someone who isn't use to a no sugar version, it make take some time getting use to. It did for me the first time I made them, but now I look forward to having them as my new brownie treat! Good job Jill! Keep'em coming!

So glad I found your channel! I just recently started the Nutritarian Diet and am looking for recipes that the whole family can eat (so I don't have to cook extra for my kids). I like the way you present your cooking show, nice and calm, no annoying music etc. So thanks ; )
