    I'm planning to take a kineseology class where you can take a fitness class, kickboxing, spinning, whatever you like, at my college 🙂 in the summer bc i already started my semester lol, for now I'm planning on eating breakfast bc I never do and I end up buying hot cheetos!

    I love your video, Julia. Very helpful. Thank you veru much. All rhe parts were short, very organized according info, and positive. Good job!The only one thing I disagree is drinking water right after waking up. There are tons of germs and bacterias sitting in your mouth after night of sleep! I really don't want them going into my stomach and blood streem. The idea to begin your day with a glass of water is brilliant, but after brushing your teeth.
