    I am really struggling with how much weight i have gained. My youngest child, and my 4th, was born in May 2015. He was the one and only C section I had and the only child I have not went back to my normal 115 or so pounds shirtly after giving birth. I am now 36 and weigh 150 or so that is mostly in my stomach and thighs. I could pass as few months pregnant. I am a single mom and out of work due to a car accident i was in leaving work in Nov 2015. I want to start eating healthier and start losing this weight. I love that u recommend just change what u eat for breakfast for a week. I can do that. But what else would u recommend? PLEASE HELP

    I feel like me and friends and family are constantly going out to eat. It's so hard to go to a Mexican restaurant and not stuff yourself with chips and salsa!! I need self control! What should I do when I go to restaurants filled with people eating bad???

I know this is an old video, but I just came across it, and you (btw, you are simply amazing!) and was wondering if you are familiar with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) I was diagnosed with it last year and struggle daily with my diet! I was told to follow a low glycmic index… but it's so confusing! any tips on where to start to get my PCOS under control better through a better diet?

    loving your nutrition videos , just a question l'm currently trying to lose weight so l went to my GP, she said to calorie count everything l eat and that l should be eating 1500 cals a day my question is should l eat more than that lf l am exercising everyday,l've been doing a mile everyday for two weeks now and only lost a pound on friday so just worried l'm not consuming enough xx

    My weight went up & down over 6 years when I had my two kids. I always found starting a whole new regime daunting. I wish your video has been around 7 years ago after my last child.
    Only changing one meal at a time would of made things so much easier. Xx

    Hi there, I love your channel! I was wondering where you got the number 1, 900 kcal minimum a day for women from? I am trying to lose weight, 5'5 and 72 kgs, but I have seen formulas which say I need to eat a minimum of 1,400 calories a day. I would really appreciate it if you can share the link/article that would explain the number you used. xxx

    Best nutrition information I've heard. I wish the nutritionists I've been to were as balanced in their advice. Most just gave me a 1200cal genetic diet to change to in one go. Your advice makes so much more sense and seems achievable! 🙂 Thank you!

    Hey gurl! I have a question regarding my eating habits. I've been eating a very clean diet with 1200 per day. I've been doing it for a month, however something has changed. At first I used to feel full and satisfied, but recently I've been feeling hungrier and not as satisfied. what's happening? what should I do? I recently found your channel and I love it!

    Brilliant video Aisling & great hearing it all from someone who knows what they're talking about!😊 Last yr I struggled without severe anxiety & ended up losing 2stone cause I just couldn't eat, my doctor told me my BMI was very low for my height etc so that gave me a kick up the ass & these last few months for the first time in my life I'm actually eating/exercising to feel good & be healthier & fitter instead of in the past when I'd do it just to lose weight & it's amazing how much easier it feels when I'm not pressuring myself to lose pounds & beating myself up about u said when u actually eat healthy & think of the benefits it's doing for ur body it feels great so thanks for this video doll😊 xx

    I have a very sensitive gluten allergy, how would I go about including more fibre in my diet and avoid having wheat? :O I have gluten free oats, and bread, but I feel like I'm restricted to that and it gets really boring 😛 Any advice you have would be great! <3 xx
