But you bring something more than the basic "how-to" of IF to the information table: 1) you are a woman, 2)you cover so many more angles to the subject, 3)you are excited and inspiring!     Hello I just became one of your subscriber's a few days ago. I'm going to try this in a week from now. My question is where did you get your meal plans from or did you make up your own. A lot of people want you to but something from them that I really don't want to buy. I'm happy to see that someone is talking about women in there fifties instead of in there twenties.

    She is pragmatic about consuming what you need when you are refeeding. In a perfect world you would get everything you need in whole foods, a great organic green smoothie maybe. Some people will need to find a good product to make it easier. I like to eat something like Dr Joel Fuhrman would recommend. But I start off with coconut water.

    Hi dear .. i m ur new subscriber from india .I have just started with IF and trying the 16/8 IF .. however i have hunger pangs in-between so wanted to know if i can take walnut / almond and coconut oil ( 1 tsp) inbetween and still continue with the fast to complete it.

    I lost 60 pounds with Keto/IF but was taught that healthy fats were NOT allowed during fasting hours, including BPC. I came under a lot of anxiety during January until recent days and fell away from fasting. I'm just returning to it today and I've decided to go ahead and try adding some coconut oil to my coffee today at work. Starting Monday I'll come in prepared with MCT oil and a Magic Bullet blender and give my fasting a shot for an entire week while taking in healthy fats. I'm hoping for good results because I do get tired of being hangry! lol
