I came under a lot of anxiety during January until recent days and fell away from fasting. I'm just returning to it today and I've decided to go ahead and try adding some coconut oil to my coffee today at work. Starting Monday I'll come in prepared with MCT oil and a Magic Bullet blender and give my fasting a shot for an entire week while taking in healthy fats.
