Hy Dy Ann! contacted you and Kara via email (Mimi Kelly is my email name) still trying to sit on my hands and be patient about being added to the July group. (I need to pay and we can't seem to create a link for payment since I paid and was refunded last month!) Also I am hopeful to hear of any of your clients that have sensitive bladders, how do they manage if they are getting bladder pain during IFing? It seems (I am reading) that ketones can be irritating to damaged bladders- perhaps because ketones may make urine a bit more acidic? I am trying some bi carb soda to nuetralize my urine, but after an 18 hour fast had some bladder pain in the evening. Curious if any of your clients have experienced this! Thanks and can't wait to get on boardl

Hi Dy Ann! I am learning so much from you!
I began IF about 3 weeks ago. I transitioned well into this. Is it fair to say that we may not get quick results as it may take a little while for our bodies to respond with fat reduction?
    Great information! Empowering!

Hi Dy Ann, just touching base. Another book that I would like to suggest you may really enjoy is MenapouseTaylor. She really emphasizes going through menopause your own unique way. Very informative as well. Have a great day!

Would like to join your group. Unfortunately I am traveling next week and not possible to control all meals.
Have been told that I am pre diabetic, clinically obese with high cholesterol.
I have a heathy diet but unfortunately enjoy red wine and a urge to eat choc
After supper. Have been intermittent fasting for 2 weeks

In the last 3 years I've had 3 deaths and 3 house moves (plus the loss of a relationship and a job) Maybe that's why I'm not feeling 100%! I think it's easy to not appreciate the full effect of these experiences sometimes as we just have to get on with things..
