Also I am hopeful to hear of any of your clients that have sensitive bladders, how do they manage if they are getting bladder pain during IFing? It seems (I am reading) that ketones can be irritating to damaged bladders- perhaps because ketones may make urine a bit more acidic? I am trying some bi carb soda to nuetralize my urine, but after an 18 hour fast had some bladder pain in the evening. Curious if any of your clients have experienced this!
