I'm 52 and still get mine….but it was 10 days late in July. reply to comment → jenny McCrary December 9, 2018 at 2:05 am I would love to sign up for your August group, Dy. Will there be a sign up for that in the days ahead? I am so looking forward to learning more. Am listening to all of your IF videos, starting from your very first one. 😀 reply to comment → Mimi Kelly December 9, 2018 at 2:05 am Hy Dy Ann! contacted you and Kara via email (Mimi Kelly is my email name) still trying to sit on my hands and be patient about being added to the July group. (I need to pay and we can't seem to create a link for payment since I paid and was refunded last month!) Also I am hopeful to hear of any of your clients that have sensitive bladders, how do they manage if they are getting bladder pain during IFing? It seems (I am reading) that ketones can be irritating to damaged bladders- perhaps because ketones may make urine a bit more acidic? I am trying some bi carb soda to nuetralize my urine, but after an 18 hour fast had some bladder pain in the evening. Curious if any of your clients have experienced this! Thanks and can't wait to get on boardl reply to comment → Darlene Barrios December 9, 2018 at 2:05 am Hi Dy Ann! I am learning so much from you! I began IF about 3 weeks ago. I transitioned well into this. Is it fair to say that we may not get quick results as it may take a little while for our bodies to respond with fat reduction? Great information! Empowering! reply to comment → Barbara Yasger December 9, 2018 at 2:05 am Hi DyAnn, Interesting to learn that menopause is forever. . learn a lot. reply to comment → Suzanne April December 9, 2018 at 2:05 am I wanted to join for Jly but I will be so busy in Jly! Another book that I would like to suggest you may really enjoy is MenapouseTaylor. She really emphasizes going through menopause your own unique way. Very informative as well. Have been intermittent fasting for 2 weeks reply to comment → Holistic-Healing UK December 9, 2018 at 2:05 am In the last 3 years I've had 3 deaths and 3 house moves (plus the loss of a relationship and a job) Maybe that's why I'm not feeling 100%! I think it's easy to not appreciate the full effect of these experiences sometimes as we just have to get on with things.. reply to comment → Andrea Soberman December 9, 2018 at 2:05 am Hi , wondering if Im 68 , can I join your group, Andrea from New York reply to comment → Leave a Reply to Debbie Freeberg-Renwick Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
