Anne-Marie, love your ideas and chats! Just a recommendation as I'm in my 50's, with your diet, I would definitely add some extra fibre, maybe a fruit smoothie, which is such an energy drink for the day. We are Berry growers and what a difference in energy and extra fibre it adds to our lives! Frozen blueberries, banana, a little spinach, choice of milk or yogurt and you have a delicious drink!👍😌💕

This was great, I been tryin to find out about "how to lose weight at 40 years old" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about – Fanlevi Immaculate Eradicator – (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got cool results with it.

I actually have that Windsor Pilates video but I haven't ever done it. Oddly enough, it doesn't seem to work for me when it just sits in the cabinet. Hee. I seem to have this notion that all I have to do is HOUSE the workout equipment and DVDs/videos… Thanks for sharing this information. When I was just now rewatching your lookbook video (I REALLY want some Sorel Toronto Ankle Boots!) I thought to myself, "I wonder what she eats? And how does she stay in shape?" And then I saw this video in the sidebar. Eureka! Your methods for staying in shape is very sound advice. I will try to keep it in mind and I'm also going to dust off that Windsor Pilates DVD! Heck, that sucker might even be a VHS tape. I don't remember. (I HAVE done the Denise Austen Pilates tape before…but it's been a loooong time!) Thanks again for sharing! (P.S. I can't believe you are older than me, you look better than I did at 25!)

I love aqua fitness and swimming at the YMCA. Its great to stay in shape and its great on joints and back. Not so much pounding like running. I never liked it anyways 🙂 One of the ladies in my aqua fitness class is 70 and she looks amazing. You look awesome Anne, xoxo I am going to try that special K sandwich, looks yum 🙂

Dear Anne…so nice to hear how you keep in an amazing shape…great job!
.With me it is not really about gaining weight with age…. but about loosing that firmness I once have had….Yes…with food …definetelly smaller portions…I am with you…I like whole variety too….no denying that pie with ice cream or nice crispy fries…life is too short…..as long as we keep moving and keeping an eye on any changes of our body parts….easier that way than letting it get out of the hand…I am a big fan of Jillian Michaels when it comes to my weekly workouts….nothing crazy though…..I have chosen 2 workouts form her wide selection …it is Body shred…level 1 and 2 and Yoga Meltdown…level 1 and 2…..and I switch between them…..all this is mixed with walking that is so important to keep legs in check…and I always sneak some butt moves in too…that one needs help the most..lol….have a lovey day….big hugg…..Jana

Good tips hon & obviously this regime is working wonders for you! I use to be in great shape & go to a gym regularly but since I've hit my 40's I've fallen out of this! What has happened is now I'm like 50lbs overweight & so discouraged!! I need to somehow find my motivation to get this excess weight off & keep it off! Thanks for sharing this with us as it has some good suggestions……Take care…xoxo Dee

Love your honesty!! I have to do the same thing. If I don't keep my exercise routines simple, I just won't do them. Lol! And forget going to a gym! There's too much preparation in going to a gym. 😉 And I love how you stay thin without depriving yourself. I definitely love healthy foods, and eat them often, but I have a lot of things that I eat that are for the most part just a lower fat, lower calorie alternative to the fattening version, with very little nutritional value. Lol! And of course I cheat all day at least 1 day a week. 😀 For me, it's all about keeping things realistic and balanced.

You look fabulous! I can't wait to get back on my treadmill! My ankle is still sore from the sprain! I'm taking little baby steps to get back into my workout! Thank you for sharing your workouts & diet! Hugs! Karen xo

Thanks for sharing. You look wonderful! It truly works for you! I need to try some of those things you mentioned. It all looked so good. I really hate to exercise but I do walk my little dog one mile in the morning and one mile at night if the weather is good.

I can't tell you how excited I am to hear about the International Coffees again. I used to drink them all they time and I forgot about them. I've got them on my shopping list. You have a stunning figure and you've really inspired me! Much love, Melissa

Hello Anne, We are the same age 🙂 I loved your video!! Thank you for sharing your secrets to being beautiful and fit as you are. I will have to look into the DVD for the Windsor Pilattes. That would be so wonderful for me because I live in Oregon and it rains a lot. Some days it is hard to get out to do my walk. I hope your back starts to heal and you feel better soon. I love your video!!  Have a beautiful week!! 🙂 xoxo Becki
