    Thank you for your amazing take on a gratitude practice! I have had a gratitude practice for a few years and it's changed how I view the world, how I interact with people and how I feel at the end of the day. We need more of this to combat some of the harsh things that get reported and what floats around on social media! Thank you for all you do!

    I totally agree with you second idea of expressing gratitude and I've got a question concerning the first one: Wouldn't you end up writing the same things your're grateful for over and over again?
    I mean, it would seem difficult to me thinking of 50 different things everyday 😮

    This is awesome! Thanks Dani!! I have practiced gratitude journaling in a hit and miss fashion for over 20 years, but after so many years you start to be thankful for the same things day after day (which is not a bad thing) and it gets to be just something to do. This will make me dig deeper.

    I would be grateful to be able to see out that window behind you. Lol. It looks like trees and the wind blowing their leaves. I love to see the outdoors when ppl are inside. : ))
    P.s… I was getting very teary-eyed listening to you tell how grateful you were for your husband… I kept waiting for you to pause the tape because I could tell you were really feeling what you were saying! That's wonderful!!

    I love this version of a gratitude journal. If really makes you take a closer look at why you are grateful for things. I am going to start trying this!!! I was sitting down at the end of the day and writing down all the things I was grateful for that day!
