    "Keep eating them until you like them." — that's exactly what I did. The only vegetable I liked was broccoli…preferably in garlic sauce from a Chinese restaurant. But I made myself eat more. I've gotten to the point where I can now eat raw broccoli, onions, pepper, string beans, carrots, and spinach. I'm currently working on cucumber and kale, but it's slow going. I'm probably never going to like celery, ever. Anyway, thanks for this video! It was very inspiring and informative!

    i do watch a lot of weight loss videos and listen to people's stories and it helps me cause i wanna lose weight and after watching your video its even more real cause your so open about what you did and i loved it. im a very lazy person and i do wana try to have a healthy life so thanks 🙂
