    V good video. I feel why can't we give multiple likes.. please share Ramadan diet . it is starting from May 28 and we eat before 4 am in the morning . no drop of water also till 6. 50 pm ya 7 pm.     as you said that one needs to make the smoothies when one wants to eat but what about those who goes to office and cannot prepare anything except dinner? please let me know as I really want to follow your diets but can't do it as I have to do everything from breakfast to dinner with dishes!
