    I don't drink alcohol coffee. I only get lollies twice or maybe three times a week . I rarely drink soda and I sometimes drink juice. I mainly eat fruit veggies and lean meat. The only reason why I have a little too much fat is because I don't exercise often

    Have you ever noticed that women generally hold on to body fat more than men? Like I see all these skinny guys eating double bacon burgers and pizza and not gaining nothing but if I eat something like that then I'll gain 50 pounds ?

    Meat, dairy, eggs, and extreme amounts of refined sugars are what are making us fat, not an extra couple of calories. In fact, when following a high carb low fat plant based diet, you can eat as much as you want of whole plant foods (which is what we're made to eat, not the products of other animals) and not get fat. Milk is for baby calves, not grown humans, and if we were made to eat meat we wouldn't need to cook it prior to eating it and our teeth would be more similar to carnivorous/ omnivorous animals instead of herbivorous animals.
