    Don't forget the step that is in the description but not in the video: SHAKE IT UP before you put it away overnight. If you leave it in attractive layers as they show in the video, you will not be soaking your oats very well.

    Absolutely delicious … but this is super unhealthy. You are basically spiking your insulin levels right at the start of the day and putting your body in fat storage. Skip the fruit, the chocolate, the syrup, the honey, and just stick to the oats, the almond milk, and cinnamon. Maybe add some almond butter. One week without sugar and you will never crave it again.
