I suffer from Tourette’s syndrome. My wife has been vegan for 6 years. She did some research and showed me that eating a plant based diet would help me reduce my tics. I did not believe her. But, I was at the worst situation with my tics last year that I had to give it a go. I did vegetarian for 30 days. It. Helped. My acne went down and so did my weight. I was so happy and had so much self esteem. My tics, went down so much too. Very. Happy. Today, I’m vegan along with my wife. It is so cheap and easy to do, specially with her. Because of my health condition, I became vegan. I’m so happy with this life style. If any first time viewers see this: GO VEGAN! 🌱

I’ve stop drinking since 2010 and when I tell people they always ask how do you get your calcium? I just stop eating meat about 2 months ago (95% still have a bite of chicken once a month) people have said I look slim. Eat a vegan or even vegetarian and that inflammation will disappear. Look at people and you can see the difference of those who eat vegan/ vegetarian and those eat meat and processed food and meats.
