    I absolutely adore watching her cook. It's just so soothing, yet so thrilling because I'm learning new things! And when Francis whimpers for a taste….just….wonderful! Just makes watching that much more enjoyable! I can watch these repeatedly and not get bored.

    I think if you use two shelves in the oven, it may work. Place the mushipan on the topmost shelf and on a shelf just underneath, place a baking tray filled with water on to it. Cook it on a lower heat, and keep an eye on it until they're done.
