    I started taking the electrolyte powders, took about 4 or 5 during the day with water & ACV (1 Tb) & Aloe juice 1 TB. I have had diarrhea for the last few days. Last night I was up 5 times with bouts of diarrhea. I am on a keto diet. I have been listening to you for about 4 months now, and decided to try your product .

    Hi Dr Berg, Thanks for your fantastic videos. Bloods returned low sodium, due to reaction taking antibiotics causing a week of diarrhoea. Com am using hydralite tabs in water to replace electrolytes, what about Cream of Tatar? Is that good for potassium..1/4 teas. THK u

    Sometimes my eyes feel tired and I feel tired in the middle of my brain…need more potassium? hard to explain. I use nu salt and down a whole 283 gram package of spinach in the microwave when I steam it with about 200 grams of Broccoli. Also use pink Himalayan salt.

    I'm reading where people are only getting 30 level scoops (using the scoop included) instead of the 45 servings that it states on the can… Any comments about this Dr. Berg? Your losing trust in people… please respond to this…. it's not going away… Amazon will kick your product soon if you dont correct this as people are sending it back in droves after they've been screwed and then simply use Amazons 30 day guarantee policy…

    Hey, Dr. Berg, hope you are having a fantastic day.
    I've been doing keto for a few months and overall I feel ok, I lost more than 10 kg, but I started to have eczema on my palms.
    Surprisingly, I tried to eat bananas one day in the morning and in the evening of the same day my eczema became much better. Then i tried eating bananas for my breakfast and dinner for a couple of days and eczema almost disappeared. The problem is that i have some crazy bloating from bananas and also they are not kind of a keto thing. Then I tried to eat keto food again and eczema just came back.
    I am so confused. Do you have any thoughts?
    Usually I eat pretty normal keto food – eggs, vegetables, meat and salad.
