    too many moving parts, would ruin my sleep when i turn around and have to adjust all the pillows. For me is just having a good mat a good pillow and just sleep. Obviosly being active and doing stretches during the day helps a lot for a good night sleep.

    For some reason when I sleep on the side my leg that is lower , always hurts … The way I sleep I go from side to sleeping on stomach back in forth , I rotate the pillow 90 degrees and put my arm (bicep) under the pillow and I can rotate from laying on the stomach to the side and vice versa.
