    I am 42 years young and eat 3 cups of old fashioned or steel rolled oats every morning. I started this 3 months ago and only cook it with cinnamon and water, sometimes add blueberries. Since starting oats for breakfast, I have noticed a significant change in attitude as well as function of the body. I no longer sit on the toilet for any longer than 3 minutes waiting to pass. Oatmeal has also made me lose 7 pounds in 2 months. Oats are a win win!
