    Nice video but how is that white refined grains are healthy? thats new, its nto even a whole food, whole ones are much healthier and tasty, still are low protein/fat and way more nutrients and fibers(not too much like beans/legumes),for real science whole grains and also maybe legumes should be in class C and refined grains in D~

    Also do you know white/yellow potatoes are in fact one of the only pro-inflamatory whole plant food even w/o the toxic skin, and pretty low in nutrients? they could be in D but not too sure~
