    I am taking 250 ml milk in the place of curd and i always adding two banana with 4 almond and 20-25 kismis. Following the same since 3 months but there is no change in weight gain.
    doning no exercise and zym. But my digetion is good enough.
    kindly help me.

    Hey I know I’m commenting a year late …. but if at all u come across this comment… I hv a small doubt… it’s always said to hv oats for weight loss but u are making it for weight gain how do I know how to eat oats the right way for weight loss
