    Great video bro. The healthy lifestyle is the key. I’m starting a diet dec 1st. I do it once a year til about May. Cut for the summer. And bulk til December. It definitely takes dedication but definitely have to make it fun. And like you said the blender helps a lot to get them veggies. ✊🏽✊🏽

The scale works with 3 apps (perfect blend, perfect bake, and perfect drink). I would pick one type of smoothie each week and it would last all week for me.
