    Amazing info Nicole! It's obvious from your healthy glow that you take very good care of yourself! I've been following Dr. Mercola for years & have learned so much from his articles. I use Braggs too; every day on my salad. I didn't know you had a Twitter acct, I just followed you! I'm also very passionate about healthy lifestyle & tweet about it. I have a question – I used to take probiotics but started making homemade water kefir, which I've read is one of the most probiotic rich foods on the planet. I don't make milk kefir because I'm staying away from dairy. Does your uncle think water kefir is a good source of probiotics? I just tweeted an article on the probiotic composition if he wants to check it out, although he would probably know better! ~Susanne xoxo

    Nicole do you know if any of these supplements would interfere with the medication I take? I take blood pressure and cholesterol medication. I'm really interested in starting on some of these supplements. Would you suggestion starting to take one of these at a time since I never took them before or does that really not matter?

    Hi Nicole, this video was very helpful! I have been taking two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar every day for over a year, and I have noticed I haven't had a single headache since. I used to suffer from sinus headaches all the time, but not since take the vinegar. I've recently started taking the apple cider vinegar supplements instead, although I've heard they're not as effective, but so far so good. Have a great week!~

    My guy has extremely dry eyes and is constantly putting drops in his eyes, he even had an ulcer that was really dangerous. Eye doctor just gives him drops but they constantly bother him. I would love to know if your uncle knows something that he could take internally that could help him. Thanks XOXO
