    I've never heard of hemp protein! I've got to look for that. Hubby and I are lactose intolerant, but he has the added need of things to be soy-free (IBS), so we've had trouble finding a good protein mix.

    Also, did you know you can make your own avocado mayo? It's super easy, kind of fun, and WAY cheaper.

    The smoothie sounds right up my alley! I'm only going to mention this because I think it's relevant to your (super admirable!) dietary goals, but I'd recommend you check on that salmon. I saw it at Costco but I think it's not wild-caught salmon, meaning it is farmed – and in that case it may be a food you would probably like to avoid. Please let me know if I'm wrong though because sheesh, that salad looks delicious! 😊💕
